TECHNIQUE THURSDAYS: During this one hour class, we will focus on Belly Dance Technique, conditioning and toning while applying the technique learned to a choreography.
SATURDAY SHIMMIES: In this one hour class, we will focus on Balance, Toning, and Conditioning to support a solid Belly Dance practice and active lifestyle.
Bring your Yoga Mat and Water
Attire: Yoga attire is best, stretch pants and fitted shirt, or anything that allows a full range of motion.
