In this one hour class, we will focus on Balance, Toning, and Conditioning to support a solid Belly Dance practice and active lifestyle.
Class Structure:
5 minute warm up
10 minute Lower Body Stretch and Tone (Lower Abs, Hips, Lower back, Quads)
10 minute Upper body Stretch and Tone (Arm and Hands, Upper Abs, Obliques, Deltoid muscles)
10 minute Core Work & Tone - Abs, Pelvis, Hips
10 minute Routine & Belly Dancing
10 minute Restorative Yoga Cool Down
Bring your Yoga Mat and Water
Attire: Yoga attire is best, stretch pants and fitted shirt, or anything that allows a full range of motion.
Option to participate in our upcoming Student Performance:
Friday, October 24, 2014. (6 class minimum required)
10 class card $100
6 class card $80
4 class card $60
Drop in $20
Please be sure to bring your card to class and allow a couple of minutes for check in before class.
