During this one hour class, we will focus on Belly Dance Technique, conditioning and toning while applying the technique learned to a choreography.
ALL LEVELS:
New Students & Drop ins are ALWAYS WELCOME!
Class Structure:
5 minute Warm Up & Stretch
30 minute intense Belly Dance technique workout
10 minute choreography/routine
2 minute Shimmies
8 minute Restorative Yoga Cool Down
Bring your Yoga Mat and Water
Attire: Yoga attire is best, stretch pants and fitted shirt, or anything that allows a full range of motion.

Friday, October 24, 2014. (6 class minimum required)
10 class card $100
6 class card $80
4 class card $60
Drop in $20
Please be sure to bring your card to class and allow a couple of minutes for check in before class.
