What can you expect?

No dance experience necessary
A multi level class with step by step instruction
You will learn proper Belly dancing technique
We will stretch and move to create balance and toning using basic yoga poses
We will belly dance to our little hearts content and then enjoy a soothing, relaxing cool down at the end of class
