Dear Ms. Afraid to Try,  Ms. I cant move my hips, and  Ms. this belly is not meant to dance: This Thursday, throw on some stretch pants, a tank top, head to NOLA spaces (1719 Toledano st) and challenge your body and your mind. Push yourself outside of your comfort zone, do what you keep saying you're gonna do... Get active, shake off the stress, try something new. Connect with your soul. Your soul wants to be free and to express itself!!!  Drop ins welcome! $20
