Alright my belly dancing lovelies and goddesses!!!!
Time for our challenge to begin.
4 weeks
2 days a week
Belly Dancing on Tuesday and Yoga on Saturday, as a class!!!
We are gonna work on strengthening, flexibility, control, balance!!!!
We will increase circulation, mobility, gracefulness, activate our metabolism, our chakras, and git down tobusiness with some serious shimmying and lots of shaking!!!!!
