This year has been so wonderful.
Our Belly Dance Showcase to benefit Women with a Vision in May, change of studios to the lovely, magical new space.... Swan River Yoga Mandir, and then our lovely Grand Reopening performance at Swan River.
Lots of fun, lots of great energy, and a great group of wonderful belly dancing lovelies!

will move from Saturdays at 12:30 to
MONDAYS 7:30PM-8:30PM

Sunset Shimmies on the Bayou

We will be shimmying on the bayou tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/25 at sunset! 6pm-6:45pm

Join us!! Gorgeous weather, beautiful sunset, and shimmying fun w/the other goddesses!

We will meet at the corner of Dumaine St and Bayou St. John. Dumaine is 1 block from Orleans Ave.

Bring your shimmy scarf or borrow one from me.

In this class, you will learn the foundational moves, learn to layer moves, increase flexibility, balance, and strength. Class starts with a yoga warm up and ends with a relaxing yoga cool down. Join us... have fun, shimmying, shaking, and undulating, and leave feeling like a goddess**
